Christian Ceranski, lawyer, born in 1964, has been serving clients in business law since his admission to the bar in May 1993, and has specialised in commercial and company law.
As a lawyer, Christian Ceranski spent the first two years of his career at Cannawurf & Perpelitz located in Bad Homburg (Hesse) and Berlin, where he specialised in leasing law; he further intensified his skills in this area while acquiring expertise in other areas of business law such as corporate financing, restructuring and succession at the Bette – Westenberger – Brink law firm based in Mainz, Erfurt, Leipzig and Berlin from 1995 to 2010, where he acted as managing partner from December 1997. Christian Ceranski became a certified specialist attorney in commercial and company law in 2009.
In July 2011, Christian Ceranski joined the Munich-based Wächter . Kuss law firm (Wächter . Kuss . Springer Rechtsanwälte mbB from October 2015), where he further honed his profile in areas such as business succession as well as company and participation acquisitions and divestments. He has since been handling distribution law cases on a regular basis.
After that, Christian Ceranski decided to continue serving clients with his expertise and know-how in his own law firm as of 1 January 2017.
Christian Ceranski speaks English and Spanish fluently, and has been an active member of the German-Spanish Lawyers Association (DSJV) since 1999, serving the association as General Secretary to the Board from 2005 to 2014.
Apart from that, Christian Ceranski has been acting as an honorary auditor and speaker to the Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 1997 – at Erfurt and Leipzig from 1997 to 2010, and at Munich and Upper Bavaria from 2012, where he holds regular presentations on corporate succession.
